GigaTrust Tip - Sending Content to Non-GigaTrust Users

GigaTrust makes it easy to send content to non-GigaTrust users outside of the enterprise. There are two steps required to enable a recipient to read your protected content.

(1) Enroll User
GigaTrust must gather and authenticate the email address of the person who received your protected message.

(2) Install Software
The GigaTrust Desktop Client software installs on the recipient's computer to create a trusted operating system and provide an application to open protected content while enforcing the rights granted by the author.

In addition, GigaTrust provides recipients with fast, efficient support in case they have trouble installing the software.
